  4. Cuando la olla termina, retiro el pimiento, la cebolla, los ajos, apio, patata, zanahoria, puerro,todo lo trituro junto con el sofrito, la ñora la tiro. Luego lo echo al caldo apartado quedando un caldo más espeso.
  5. Ya tengo el caldo de las lentejas, cojo la otra mitad de la patata y la parto en cuadraditos muy chiquititos y las cuezo en el caldo, también se le puede echar otra zanahoria en cuadraditos y cocerla. Cuando ya estén casi blandas echo las lentejas y dejo cocer. Cuando ya estén las lentejas blandas, servir y a comer. Espero que os gusten.
