  3. 2 cucharadas harina de garbanzos o 2 huevos batidos

  2. Picamos el pescado (¡cuidado con las espinas! ¡Revisadlo bien!) Mezclamos con las lentejas y el perejil.
  3. Preparamos el pan rallado mezclándolo con ajo rallado. Añadimos agua a la harina de garbanzo hasta conseguir la consistencia del huevo rallado. O batimos dos huevos.
  4. Cogemos una cucharada de la mezcla le damos forma con las manos. La pasamos por el pan rallado, luego la harina de garbanzos/huevo batido y de nuevo por el pan.
  5. Ponemos papel de horno en una bandeja y vamos colocando nuestras varitas. Precalentamos el horno 180 grados 5 minutos. Les ponemos un chorrito de aceite de oliva por encima...
  6. Y al horno 20 min. A los 10 minutos les damos la vuelta para que se doren por los dos sitios (sin que se os rompan, yo no lo conseguí 😅)
  7. Les ponemos limoncito por encima y ¡a disfrutar!
