- Mientras se va descongelando un poco, verter la bebida de avena (u otra, combina también la de almendras) en la batidora y cortar la fruta que usaremos como topping (en este caso, opté por un kiwi, pero quedan genial las fresas, manzana, mango, piña...)
- Ir añadiendo poco a poco el plátano cortado, los arándanos y/o frambuesas e ir batiendo para conseguir la masa con la textura deseada (lo ideal es una textura como de yogur, ni muy espeso ni muy líquido). Por ello, la importancia de congelar la fruta, porque si fuera natural, la textura quedaría como de un smoothie o batido, menos consistente.
- Por último, añadir las dos cucharaditas de açaí en polvo y terminar de batir para que se integre bien.
- Verter en un bol y listos para empezar con la decoración y los toppings! Puedes espolvorear por encima canela en polvo y/o crema de cacahuete!
