- Hacemos a la plancha los langostinos, solo un poco vuelta y vuelta, y los reservamos para pelarlos cuando se enfríen, si sueltan jugo lo dejamos en la sartén. Preparamos el majado con los ajos troceados, la guindilla y algunos granos de cilantro, lo machacamos todo con el mortero y reservamos.

- Mientras hacemos el coliarroz, en una sartén con aove sofreímos el ajo muy picado, tenemos preparada ya la coliflor picadita tipo arroz, echamos a la sartén cuando el ajo se dore, añadimos sal, pimienta y ajo en polvo, y rehogamos durante un par de minutos a fuego medio-alto, mezclando bien con el ajito.
