Lo vamos a volver a poner a temperatura máxima hasta que rompa a hervir y luego bajamos a temperatura media unos 15-20 minutos.
  5. Pasados los 15-20 minutos comprobamos que el caldo se haya consumido un poco. Si no se ha consumido, ponemos durante unos minutos la olla a máxima temperatura para que se reduzca.
  6. ¡Y listo! Emplatamos y decoramos con un poco de perejil. Fácil y sobre todo sano.
