Lo tapamos con un paño de cocina y dejamos reposar una hora (este último paso es opcional).
  3. Después del reposo, añadimos el pimiento italiano en trocitos, cuidado que no os caigan pepitas. Incorporamos el pepino pelado y troceado. Agregamos 1 vaso y medio de agua y trituramos muy bien.
  4. Incorporamos el vinagre y el aceite y volvemos a triturar para que se integren los sabores. Si queréis que quede sin restos de piel, lo pasáis por un chino o un colador.
  5. Listo!!! Lo llevamos a la nevera hasta el momento de servir, cuando vayáis a consumirlo agitais la botella, para que se mezcle todo. Espero que os guste!!
