- Una vez está todo bien Cocido lo metemos en la trituradora/licuadora, añadimos los quesitos y trituramos. Si nos gusta más líquida se puede añadir leche. Y para darle una textura más cremosa añadir un poco de AOVE y liquar muy bien.
- Para el topping se pasa por una sartén los trocitos de jamón o/y el bacon. En este caso yo puse de los dos incredientes.
- Se emplata calentitas con el topping los picatostes y un chorrito de AOVE. 😋
