  6. 2 Cucharadas Vinagre de Arroz o Manzana
  7. 50 grs Azúcar
  8. 1 Cucharada Maizena
  9. 1/2 Cucharadita Ajo en polvo
  10. 1/2 Cucharadita Jengibre Molido
  11. Para hacer el Arroz:
  12. 200 grs Arroz
  13. Agua
  14. 2 Semillas Cardamomo
  15. al gusto Sal

  4. Por último, lavamos, secamos y pintamos el Salmón con parte de la Salsa Teriyaki. Cocinamos el pescado a fuego medio y tapado durante 10 minutos.
  5. Por último, en un bol o plato, colocamos 1/4 de Arroz, 1/4 de Salmón, 1/4 de brócoli, calentamos 1 minuto al microondas y echamos por encima: un chorrito de Aceite, Salsa Teriyaki, Semillas de Sésamo y Cilantro picado... Y... ¡¡A disfrutar de inmediato!!!!🤩🤩🤩
