- Los ponemos a hervir 4 minutos.

- Para presentar: en cuencos grandes ponemos una base de arroz (3 cucharadas) con unas gotas de aceite de sésamo, un puñadito de edamames, 1/3 de aguacate a rodajas, unas rodajitas de pepino muy finas, el mango a cubitos, 1/3 del tofu caramelizado, en el centro un poquito de alga wakame, y espolvoreamos un poco de sésamo tostado, sésamo negro y la cebolla frita.
